🌉 Leads, Production & Escrow Tracking | RETB Module 5 | WBNL Coaching Welcome back to Module 5 of Real Estate Team Builder: Coach, Manage & Lead Your Team. In this lesson, we’re focusing on team leads, production, and escrow tracking. If you want to coach, manage, and lead your team effectively, you need visibility into what is actually happening inside the business. That means tracking assigned leads, follow-up activity, new contracts, escrows, closings, production, conversion, and accountability. Without tracking, team leadership becomes guesswork. With tracking, you can coach from reality. A strong tracking system helps your team understand: ✅ Which leads have been assigned ✅ Who is responsible for follow-up ✅ What activity is happening ✅ Which leads are converting ✅ Which agents need support ✅ What escrows are active ✅ What contracts are pending ✅ What production is coming in ✅ Where the team may be losing opportunity ✅ What needs to be discussed in coaching or team meetings Tracking is not about micromanaging. It is about creating clarity. It helps the team leader see patterns, identify coaching opportunities, support accountability, and make better business decisions. It also helps team members understand that leads, contracts, escrows, and production are not floating around randomly. They are part of a system that needs to be monitored, updated, reviewed, and improved. In this lesson, we’ll look at how to think through your tracking cadence, including: ✅ Weekly reporting ✅ Updates on assigned leads ✅ Escrow and transaction status ✅ New contracts and closings ✅ Team production reports ✅ Lead conversion tracking ✅ Accountability check-ins ✅ Using CRM or lead-generation software reporting ✅ Reviewing the tracking tools you built in Module 2 Before adding another tool or spreadsheet, start by looking at what your current systems already provide. Your CRM, lead generation platform, transaction system, or production tracking tools may already give you much of what you need. The goal is not to create busywork. The goal is to create useful visibility. When your tracking system is clear, your coaching becomes stronger, your meetings become more meaningful, and your team has a better understanding of what is working, what is stuck, and what needs attention.
