🌉 Exit Strategy Guide & Checklist | RETB Module 6 | WBNL Coaching Welcome to Module 6 of Real Estate Team Builder: Build an Asset & Create Your Exit Strategy. In Module 1, we looked at the big picture of building a real estate team. In Module 2, we created the operational foundation. In Module 3, we built the systems that help the team run. In Module 4, we focused on attracting and hiring the right team members. In Module 5, we focused on coaching, managing, and leading the team. Now, in Module 6, we’re asking the bigger business-owner question: What are you actually building? A real estate team can create income. But a real estate business with documented systems, clean financials, strong branding, measurable results, and transferable value can become an asset. That is what this final module is about. In this first lesson, we’re focusing on your Exit Strategy Guide and Checklist. Exit strategy does not mean you are ready to sell tomorrow. It means you are building the business in a way that gives you options later. Those options might include stepping back from day-to-day production, training a replacement, selling the business, creating a buyout structure, retaining residual income, or simply building something that can continue without you holding every piece together personally. In this lesson, we’ll look at: ✅ What makes a real estate business valuable ✅ The difference between a job and a business asset ✅ Tangible assets inside the business ✅ Intangible assets that increase business value ✅ Why your systems may be your most valuable asset ✅ How your brand, niche, and market position affect value ✅ Why transaction history matters ✅ How your database, referral network, listings, team, and systems support future value ✅ The two-week vacation test Here is one of the most important questions in the entire course: If you took a two-week vacation with no phone, would your team’s production hold steady? If the honest answer is no, that does not mean you failed. It means you found the next system to strengthen. A business that only works because you are personally holding it together every day is not fully transferable yet. A business that runs through documented systems, trained people, clear processes, trackable numbers, and leadership beyond the founder becomes much more valuable. That is the shift. This module will help you begin thinking like an owner of an asset — not just the operator of a team. Building a team is how you create income.
