Joe started playing at age 3 and was completely self-taught off YouTube until age 6, learning by watching Foo Fighters, Iron Maiden, Baroness, The Cult, the Ramones, Weezer, and Halestorm. He's now 70+ songs deep and runs full sets at county fairs, festivals, school assemblies, and clubs across the Bay. ABOUT THIS SONG "Enter Sandman" was released by Metallica in 1991 as the opening track and lead single from The Black Album - the record that took the band from thrash legends to the biggest rock band in the world. Kirk Hammett wrote the riff. Lars Ulrich gave it the kick-snare pattern that's now the rite of passage for every new drummer on earth. The song has sold tens of millions, soundtracked a generation of baseball entrances and wrestling intros, and remains one of the most-played rock songs on the planet thirty-five years later.
