Lots of people do not use their glute muscles when they should. This can lead to all sorts of issues - back pain, over use of quad muscles and lack of balance in terms of muscle strength. This is the third in a set of videos that aims to help you feel your arse - AKA bottom - and get it to work the way it is designed to...
