The procedure to follow is to find and identify the components that make up the old equipment: the panel, the telephone (which we'll replace with the color monitor), and the power supply, which took us more than 10 minutes to locate, as it was located outside the home in a watertight box. Once the components are located, before removing them, I recommend checking that they're working properly (electric lock, call, etc.). If everything works, we can use the wiring already installed. 😉 Once it's working, we'll use only two wires for the installation. The intercom I had already installed is a conventional 5-wire system.
