Ratzon and taanug ha'atzmi in mitzvos; today the ratzon is revealed and the taanug concealed
Samach Vav Part 140 -- p. 101-102: Based on the above, we will understand that the ratzon in mitzvos is the ratzon ha'atzmi of Atzmus U'Mehus, beyond any reason or pleasure, even on a concealed level. However, concealed in Atzmus (so to speak), there is taanug within the ratzon, which is absolutely concealed and atzmi. This is the nachas ruach generated in Atzmus Ein Sof through mitzvos. Today, only the ratzon is revealed; in the future, the taanug ha'atzmi within the ratzon will be revealed to the souls performing the mitzvos in action.
