A Japanese Salaryman’s Last Day Off: A Quiet Meal Before Work
Hi, I’m Kai. I’m a salaryman working in Japan. On the last day of a long holiday, I visited a Japanese-style cafe called Okagean. Tomorrow, it’s back to work. With that small anxiety in my heart, I spent the day enjoying grilled dango, a matcha latte, and warm kitsune kishimen. While eating sweet dango and warm noodles, I remembered something about myself. I’m still not very good at resting. Nothing special happens in this video. But sometimes, a quiet meal can make your heart feel a little lighter. This is the end of a holiday for one Japanese salaryman.
