At the time, I was working in a large fitness center, teaching group classes, managing schedules... and I was already dreaming of creating my own project, a place that reflected me, a place where coaching would be at the center of everything. In 2013, I discovered CrossFit. And it was a shock. I started as recommended: I coached one person at a time. I dove into the training courses, I experimented, I set up as a freelancer... And very quickly, I understood that what I wanted was to pass on my knowledge. To train. To help. To raise the level of the coaches around me. In 2015, I became co-owner of CrossFit Ember, in the heart of Liège. That same year, I created the Train2Compete program and released a few "just for fun" videos on YouTube. But the project grew. I gave seminars, professional training sessions, and conferences. And in 2017, my meeting with Julien Pineau (StrongFit) changed everything. I trained. I changed my way of moving. I treated my pain. And above all, I opened a new door in my coaching style. I connect strength, breathing, stability, performance... I create connections between CrossFit, bodybuilding, neuroscience, and mobility. In 2019, I launched CrossFit Reïkan in Waremme. A truly passionate project. A friendly, challenging, and deeply human box. We develop a strong community, train coaches, and always strive to improve. It's where I tested, refined, and applied everything I'd learned. Six years later, in 2025, I'm going further. I created Studio Reïkan: a premium space with small groups, attention to detail, and a wellness area. Real coaching, in an exclusive yet accessible atmosphere. Today, I'm an official French-speaking StrongFit trainer. I train coaches, give "Fundamentals" seminars, and support the mentoring program. And I launched my own method: TMS. TMS isn't a flexibility method. It's a true mobility method. We work on tension, structure, and breathing. And from there, we gain control, strength in all ranges of motion... ...and we improve our performance—without ever hurting ourselves. Today, I'm training a community of passionate coaches and athletes who want to move better, teach better, and make a better living from this profession.
