At the time, I worked in a large gym, teaching group classes, managing schedules… and I was already dreaming of I wanted to create my own project, a place that reflected who I am, a place where coaching would be at the heart of everything. In 2013, I discovered CrossFit. And it was a revelation. I started as recommended: I coached one person at a time. I immersed myself in training programs, experimented, and set myself up as a freelancer… And very quickly, I understood that what I wanted was to share my knowledge. To train. To help. To raise the level of the coaches around me. In 2015, I became co-owner of CrossFit Ember, right in the heart of Liège. That same year, I created the Train2Compete program and launched a few videos "for fun" on YouTube. But the project grew. I gave seminars, professional training courses, and conferences. And in 2017, my meeting with Julien Pineau (StrongFit) changed everything. I trained. I changed the way I moved. I'm healing my pain. And above all, I'm opening a new door in my coaching approach. I'm connecting strength, breath, stability, and performance... I'm creating links between CrossFit, weight training, neuromuscular training, and mobility. In 2019, I launched CrossFit Reïkan in Waremme. A true passion project. A friendly, demanding, and deeply human box. We're developing a strong community, training coaches, and always striving to do better. It's where I tested, refined, and applied everything I had learned. Six years later, in 2025, I'm taking it a step further. I'm creating Studio Reïkan: a premium space with small groups, attention to detail, and a wellness area. Real coaching in an exclusive yet accessible atmosphere. Today, I'm an official French-speaking StrongFit trainer. I train coaches, I lead the "Fundamentals" seminars, and I oversee the mentoring program. And I launched my own method: TMS. TMS isn't a flexibility method. It's a method for true mobility. We work on Tension, Structure, and Breathing. And from there, you gain control and strength throughout your entire range of motion… …and you improve your performance—without ever getting injured. Today, I'm building a community of passionate coaches and athletes, who want to move better, teach better, and make a better living from this profession.
