This is a 45 Minute grounding full body yoga flow for stability & calm. Part 25 of the Grounding Series of classes. A practice to help you slow down, reconnect and steady both body and mind. Move through a mindful sequence of standing postures, gentle balances and forward folds, each one intentionally paced to build focus, presence and inner calm. You’ll cultivate strength through stability and softness through awareness, finishing the practice feeling centered and grounded. Expect slow, deliberate transitions, time to breathe into each shape and cues that guide you back to the simple steadiness of your body and the breath. This practice is perfect for days when you feel scattered, overextended or simply want to move with intention and ease. For practice, you may wish to have a folded blanket or yoga block.
