It governs our connection to our spiritual, authentic selves. When our Crown is balanced, we can experience: Connection to our Higher Self, the interconnectedness of all living things, Divine wisdom and understanding, and dedication to selfless service. When our Crown is overactive, we may experience: Frustration, a destructive nature, dissociation from earthly matters, addiction to spirituality, or severe migraines. When our Crown is under-active, we may experience: The desire to withdrawal from others, lack of communication skills, lack of joy/inspiration, confusion, depression, alienation, or a strong attachment to possessions/relationships. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The goal of this meditation is to help return you to energetic balance, regarding your Crown.
