It governs our sense of personal power, confidence, and intellect. When our Solar Plexus is balanced, we can experience: Personal power, high self-esteem/self-confidence, happiness, optimism, respect, and thoughtful logic. When our Solar Plexus is overactive, we may experience: Workaholic and/or perfectionist mentality, heavy concern with power/recognition, the need to control others and/or outside situations, or we may become overly demanding of others (due to our own high expectations for ourselves).
