Island Lake Solo and Duo Wild Fall Camping Part Two

The solo trip has transformed into a fellowship! My buddy Matt joins me at noon on Day 2 and he brings his A game for cooking. Join us for one of the most exotic and epic camp meal I've ever had. It's a Korean variation of Bulgogi Beef/Bibimbap... and yes, I ate it all. The fall colors were out and I tried to get as many shots to pass on the experience of being in full, glorious nature. We also had a pack of coyotes extremely close... but I won't click bait people... we were separated by a healthy chunk of water. It's been a while since I was that close to a howling pack. I wish I could have got more audio of it, but you will get a taste of what we heard. We have a big breakfast on the morning of day 3 with loads of coffee and then slowly pack up and paddle to the cars.
