Do you want to strengthen your legs, arms, and abs? Well, this is the perfect session. A complete full-body workout that only requires a resistance band. I use two bands of different resistances: one with a higher intensity for leg exercises and another with a lower resistance for arm exercises. However, you can use the same band, or even if you don't have one or prefer to do it without any equipment. It consists of four training blocks. Each exercise is performed for 40 seconds (approximately 12-15 repetitions) followed by a 10-second rest period. There's a 30-second break between blocks to recover and hydrate. To get the most out of your workout, remember: 1. Warm up before starting the session. 2. Maintain proper posture throughout each exercise. 3. Take a break when needed. 4. Cool down with a stretching routine. 5.
