This is an instructional video for CCAZ patients as a reminder of cues to be mindful of as discussed during 1 on 1 treatments. Focus points: Relax your entire back as much as possible - will feel it melting into the floor -On the breath in, feel your front, sides and back all expanding together -On the breath out, feel all the same areas relax to starting point — FIRST PROGRESSION WITH IAP — -Same set up Feel all the same expansion on the breath in On the breath out, try to maintain some of the expansion (tough.. be patient :)) — SECOND PROGRESSION WITH IAP— Same set up Without breathing in, get gentle expansion into the hands in all directions Maintain this same exact shape as you gently breath in and out at a normal pace Interested in a session?
