Episode 50 continues the first week of Peak Phase 2 with a huge bench press performance. The main lift was 300 lbs for 4 sets of 2 reps, followed by one all-out AMRAP set. The result? 9 reps. That kind of performance shows exactly why the Bullmastiff progression system works. After months of building volume in the Base Phase and developing strength throughout Peak Phase 1, the weight is moving with confidence. Hitting nine reps at 300 lbs isn't just a good workout—it's another indicator that the next max bench attempt is heading in the right direction.
