Episode 45 begins the final week of Peak Phase 1, and the structure of the program has officially changed. The volume is gone. The intensity is here. Instead of multiple working sets, the main lift now comes down to a single opportunity to perform. Today's challenge was 440 lbs on squat for 4 reps. One set. No warm-up sets included. No second chances. Just execute. This is one of the most exciting transitions in the Bullmastiff Program because it signals the shift from building strength to expressing it. The Base Phase built the engine. The first two weeks of Peak Phase sharpened it. Now we're seeing what that strength can actually do. Accessory work stayed focused and efficient. Paused deadlifts reinforced position and power, front squats continued building leg strength, and bent-over rows pushed upper-back development to support the heavy squatting ahead. What's impressive is how far this series has come.
