Hi ! I'm Mirin, a Japanese woman living in Hiroshima, Japan ☺️ This time, I'll be sharing my beauty routine and how to make Japanese dumplings at home. The recipe is written below. Please feel free to use it as a reference! ☺️ 🇯🇵Japanese Gyoza Recipes🍳 Ingredients [Serves 4] Gyoza wrappers 1 pack (25 wrappers) Ground pork 150g Chives 1/3 bunch Cabbage 1/8 head Sesame oil 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon Water as needed ☆Seasonings Grated garlic 1 teaspoon Grated ginger 1 teaspoon Sake 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 1 teaspoon Salt and pepper a pinch 🍳Procedure 1.Chop the chives and cabbage coarsely. 2.Put the ground pork and the ingredients marked with ☆ into a bowl and mix well until sticky. Tip:Kneading until sticky helps the mixture hold together better and locks in the flavor. 3. Add the chives and cabbage and mix to make the sauce. 4. Place the filling in the center of the dumpling wrapper, moisten the edges with water (not included in the ingredients list), and seal by creating pleats. 5. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, arrange the dumplings, and cook until browned. Then, pour in enough water to cover the bottom of the pan, cover, and steam-fry over medium-high heat. Once the water has evaporated, drizzle with sesame oil and serve when crispy.
