TRIP REPORT | What Norwegian did is Just Insane! | Helsinki to Malaga | NORWEGIAN Boeing 737-8 MAX

Norwegian Trip Report flying from Helsinki to Malaga onboard one of their new Boeing 737 MAX aircraft on a beautiful spring day. A great flight from Helsinki to Malaga onboard the Norwegian Boeing 737-8 MAX. Although the flight was fully booked, the Norwegian cabin offered enough space to make this 5-hour flight a quite comfortable one. Do you remember the situation in which Norwegian was just a few years ago? They had to file for bankruptcy, and the lowest number of planes they had was 1! Just 1! Well, looks like the government's decision to rescue Norwegian was a really good one. Norwegian is back being a big player in Europe and making sustainable profit. About the flight itself, we took off in a westerly direction and soon left Finland behind us. We overflew the Baltic Sea until reaching the area of Rostock in Germany. We crossed the country and entered Belgium. We left Brussels on our right and continued our journey towards Paris. There, we made a left turn, heading south towards the Pyrenees. From there, we flew in almost direct course to Malaga, where we landed after a beautiful approach. About the onboard service, Norwegian offers pre-ordered meals on flights longer than 2 hours. We took the breakfast one. However, as usual, the amount is ridiculously small. I mean, it's at an extra cost! At least give a nice amount! The taste, however, was good. Also on this flight, Norwegian started the trial of the coffee machine onboard. A coffee machine is installed on a trolley. I had a cappuccino and a double espresso. Terrible taste for the price. Never again. A waste of money, in my opinion. But still, great to see how airlines try to improve their service, even though sometimes they fail. Now it's your turn!
