My favorite recipes, which I make all the time because they're healthy, quick & easy, with few ingredients, uncomplicated, and soooo delicious! FRENCH TOAST: https://mind-wanderer.de/rezepte/easy... ASIAN RICE NOODLE PAN: https://mind-wanderer.de/rezepte/erdn... SPINACH & FETA PASTA: https://mind-wanderer.de/rezepte/spin... PROTEIN PORRIDGE 30-40g oats with 1 tsp toasted flax and chia seeds a pinch of cinnamon and salt 2 tsp vegan vanilla protein powder (https://www.the-nu-company.com/produc...) - 10% discount with PAULINE10) ½ chopped banana and oat milk/water to desired consistency 1. Simmer everything together in a small saucepan for about 5 minutes - add more oat milk/water if necessary to achieve the desired consistency. 2. Thaw frozen mango and strawberries in the microwave. 3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir 2-3 large tablespoons of quark or soy quark (or yogurt of your choice) into the hot porridge. 4. Serve in a bowl, top with mango and strawberries, and top with muesli or nuts, if desired. OMELETTE WRAP a few thin slices of smoked tofu or plain tofu soaked in soy sauce. 1 sliced mushroom. 3 small tomatoes. 2 eggs. Seasonings: salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder. 1 wrap. Optional: grated cheese, feta, pesto, sprouts... 1. Tofu and Sauté the mushrooms in a medium-sized pan (add a little soy sauce if using plain tofu) and spread them evenly throughout the pan. 2. Crack 2 eggs into a small bowl and season. 3. Arrange sliced tomatoes in the pan and pour the egg over them. 4. Place the wrap on top. 5. Cook over medium-high heat until it hardens. 6. Loosen the sides of the pan with a spatula and then use a large plate to flip the omelet wrap. 7. Briefly toast the wrap side. 8. Sprinkle optional ingredients over the egg and serve! MUGCAKE Mash ½ banana Optional: 1 egg (preferably a whole ripe banana) 1 tsp. ground flaxseeds 2 tsp. vegan vanilla protein powder (https://www.the-nu-company.com/produc... - 10% discount with PAULINE10) Pinch of cinnamon & salt 3 tbsp. quark or vegan yogurt Optional: Stir in frozen or fresh fruit 1. Mix all ingredients in a small ovenproof dish, smooth the surface, and garnish with a few banana slices. 2.
