06-21-2026 Break Beyond the Self: The Limitless Messiah Nature Within

The Holy One calls us beyond every self-imposed limitation into the vastness of our Messiah Nature. Through giving and receiving practice, partzuf meditation, and the mystery of the lost sheep, we awaken to the boundless presence already abiding within us. Our Tau guided us deeply last Shabbat in mysteries of the Threefold Sanctuary of Grace, which we celebrated last Thursday and in our solstice feast devotions this weekend. The Holy Bride, Holy Mother of the Apostles, wants nothing more for all of her children than that they burst forth and break out into their limitlessness. This Shabbat, our Tau wish to emphasize the limitlessness of the Messiah Nature. The vastness of Godself indwelling ourselves never comes or goes, but abides always as an exhaustless potential. If we ever encounter limits, it is simply our ignorance obstructing our limitlessness. It is we who limit ourselves. To open to and relax in the Messiah Nature, we release the self-imposed limit upon ourselves and each other. Free of such limits, we become a benefit to many. Tau Malachi emphasized a gnostic teaching from the Gospel of Philip regarding the ninety-nine sheep with the shepherd, who goes in search of the one lost sheep as a way of contemplating the most limited aspect of our apparent self--physical body in a world--compared with the ninety-nine percent of our greater self. Expanding this requires an awareness of interbeing: vast, interdependent, interconnected with all of this planet and cosmos. To break out of any negative self-limits, Tau Malachi highlighted giving and receiving practice, by which we exchange the cause of our good with the cause of others' suffering as our own. He also emphasized partzuf meditation, where we commune and merge with a personification of our divine nature in the form of the Risen Savior, Mary Magdalene, or the Holy Mother.
