40 Min Full Body Kettlebell Workout | No Repeat Strength, Combo & Explosive Finish
This 40 minute no-repeat kettlebell workout is designed to progressively challenge your entire body , starting with controlled strength, moving into combo movements, and finishing with a powerful explosive section. We’ll train legs, upper body push & pull, core, and total-body strength using just a few kettlebells . Workout Structure: Part 1 Strength Foundation (20 exercises): • Controlled movements targeting legs, push, pull, core & combinations • 40 sec work / 15 sec rest Part 2 – Combo Section (10 exercises): • Full-body kettlebell combinations for flow, control & functional strength • 40 sec work / 15 sec rest Part 3 – Explosive Finish (15 exercises): • Explosive kettlebell drills to build power and athleticism • 30 sec work / 15 sec rest The kettlebells I’m using in this workout: • 1x 12KG (Green Color on the screen) • 1x 16KG (Yellow Color on the screen) • 1x 20KG (Red Color on the screen) (Choose weights based on your own strength and control level) 💬 Let me know in the comments how this workout went for you!
