As someone who is not blind, please note that this practice is meant to demonstrate the role that vision plays in physical balance, but also to offer a way to practice for those who are not vision-impaired, that invites a new perspective on body and spacial awareness. For those who may be vision impaired, this practice may offer a level of cueing specificity that works for your practice.
