When you adjust your habits and start modeling people who have already achieved what you want to achieve, everything flows. You discover that you can be much more productive while spending less mental energy. This pursuit of a "1x mode" life is what allows me to be a doctor, a teacher, create content, and still have time for what really matters. It's a continuous process of looking at a task and discovering how to do it better in less time.
