The idea is to stop fighting with the mirror and start using the clues in your daily life to your advantage. If you want more health and longevity, you need to learn to reduce the friction of good things and complicate the lives of bad habits. For example, why leave the chocolate in the drawer next to you if you can leave the sugar at the supermarket? It seems silly, but that's how we protect our brain energy. In life in 1x mode, we understand that the brain is lazy by nature, so the secret is to make the path to good habits easier. Repetition is what creates the track, but it's your identity that keeps the train moving. I don't want you to just "go to the gym," I want you to become a physically active person, because that's what guarantees long-term health and longevity. When you change who you are, habits stop being a burden and become a natural lifestyle, very much in the spirit of the 1x lifestyle.
