To regain focus and get your mind working in your favor, the secret isn't to demand more of yourself or try to multitask. The key is to understand what's causing this invisible fatigue and restore the healthy environment your brain needs to function well. After all, longevity isn't just about living more years; it's about keeping your mind sharp and focused on what truly matters.
