Salga calls for amendment of the Prevention of Illegal Eviction Act
Salga is calling for the amendment of the Prevention of Illegal Eviction Act. Salgas's Mluleki Nkosi says the current requirement of the act must be amended to allow municipalities to be able to change their bylaws to ensure that people occupying land or buildings illegally can be evicted on time.
