Click here for the recruitment form: https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■ Nagoya-Style Deep-Fried Chicken Wings (Serves 2-3) [Ingredients] Approximately 10 chicken wings, parsley to taste, potato starch to taste, white sesame seeds to taste, pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon sake, salad oil to taste A (1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt) B (2 tablespoons sake, 2 tablespoons mirin, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger, 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon vinegar) [Directions] 1. Wash and rub the chicken wings with sake (1 tablespoon). Dry and poke holes in the wings with a fork. Mash with A and let sit for about 10 minutes. ② Add B to a pot, mix, and heat. Simmer over low heat until slightly thickened. Turn off the heat and let cool. ③ Coat the chicken wings from ① with potato starch. Fry in salad oil at about 170°C for about 4 minutes. Remove and let rest for about 4 minutes. Raise the heat slightly and fry for another 2 minutes. ④ Brush the wings with the sauce from ② and place in a serving dish.
