Ankle Mobility Routine for Boarders (Follow along)

Hey Mocean Crew! Here's a follow along video to keep your ankles happy, healthy and mobile... super important for Board Sports! This is great to use as a stand alone routine but you can also pick the exercises that feel most relevant and include in your own warm ups/workouts.
