$3,000,000 PAYDAY! SELLING EVERYTHING TO BUILD A NEW MEGA DAIRY FARM! | Courtland, MN | FS25 #53

Today on the Courtland, Minnesota 4X MEGA Dairy Farm we take on one of the biggest selling days in farm history as we work toward earning enough money to build our brand new dairy farm! After spending the last several episodes completing our first Hay harvest of Year 3, it's finally time to clean up the farm and start cashing in on some of the products we've been stockpiling. We begin the day by washing and parking all of our Hay equipment including the mower, tedder, windrower and baler before turning our attention toward a massive selling operation. Our herd of 1,400 dairy cows has been producing Milk nonstop and we've now accumulated over 300,000 liters sitting in storage waiting to be sold. To handle the Milk hauling operation we fire up one of our Kenworth T800 semi trucks and attach our Walker food-grade tanker trailer before putting the truck to work hauling Milk into town. At the same time, we also begin selling off our Soybean inventory from the Year 2 harvest season. With nearly 600,000 liters of Soybeans still sitting inside our silo complex, we get three more semi trucks hooked up to our Merritt hopper-bottom trailers and begin hauling load after load into town to take advantage of the strong late-June market prices. With four semi trucks constantly moving products out of the farm, the money begins rolling in quickly. Throughout the episode we watch our account balance climb higher and higher as we work toward our ambitious goal of reaching $3 million dollars to help fund our upcoming dairy expansion. Once the Soybeans are completely sold off, we clean up and park away the grain hauling equipment before shifting our focus entirely to the Milk operation. While the Milk truck continues making deliveries, we also decide to put some of our tillage equipment to work by taking on a plowing contract from a neighboring farmer. To tackle the contract we fire up our John Deere 9570RT and Case IH 785 Quadtrac, attach our rippers and send them out to begin working a 45 acre field. While the tractors work away on the contract, the Milk hauling operation continues generating income and pushing us closer to our financial goal. By the end of the episode all of our Soybeans have been sold, the final loads of Milk have left the dairy farm and we've officially surpassed the $3 million dollar mark! With the money finally secured, we're now in a position to move forward with one of the biggest projects we've ever attempted in this series. We also make some solid progress on the plowing contract, getting over halfway through the field as we continue bringing in extra income for the farm.
