A Treasure Trove of Tarot History from Marco Benedetti.

Join me for a very special unboxing and walkthrough featuring two extraordinary historical tarot decks from renowned Italian tarot historian and creator Marco Benedetti. In this video, I’ll be exploring Marco’s reconstruction of the magnificent Charles VI (Estensi) Tarot, one of the most beautiful surviving examples of fifteenth-century tarot, alongside his stunning edition of the Tarot de Pierre Madenié, the celebrated 1709 Tarot de Marseille that has become a cornerstone of the Marseille tradition. As if receiving these two remarkable decks wasn’t exciting enough, Marco also included an unexpected surprise in the package, meaning I actually received three decks! We’ll discover what that mystery deck is together as I unbox everything and take a closer look at the artwork, craftsmanship, and historical significance of each deck. From the aristocratic courts of Renaissance Italy to the rich heritage of the Tarot de Marseille, these decks offer a fascinating glimpse into tarot’s history and evolution. I’ll be sharing my first impressions, examining the cards in detail, and discussing what makes these historical reproductions so special. If you love historical tarot, tarot collecting, and exploring the roots of our beloved cards, then I think you’re going to enjoy this journey through tarot history. I’d love to know which deck captures your imagination the most, so be sure to share your thoughts in the comments below. #Tarot #HistoricalTarot #CharlesVITarot #EstensiTarot #MadenieTarot #TarotDeMarseille #MarcoBenedetti #TarotHistory #TarotUnboxing #TarotWalkthrough #TarotCollection #TheHermitsCave
