Ho salvato questo scrittoio antico da un buco impossibile
In this new project on the Il Makerstauratore channel, I'm taking on a real challenge: the restoration of a beautiful antique writing desk, dating back to between 1850 and 1950. The piece of furniture had seemingly irreparable damage, a huge hole right in the worktop. Rather than hide the defect, I decided to fill this hole using the inlay technique. As many of you know, I've taught myself everything I know, through countless trials and errors over the years. This restoration required all the patience and experience I've accumulated in my workshop here in Sardinia. In this video, I'll show you step by step how I shaped the wood and recreated the missing section, restoring life and stability to this vintage piece. This video is supported by xTool. For my workshop work and to take projects to the next level, I'm pleased to introduce you to the xTool P3, an incredibly powerful 80W CO2 laser. You can discover all its potential and support the channel by purchasing through my affiliate link: https://www.xtool.eu/pages/xtool-p3-t... If you enjoyed the video or have any questions about the technique I used, leave a comment below; I'll be happy to answer.
