Whether you're completely new to the sport, or you've been racing for years at the top of your game, these are all going to prove useful and will give you the key points you need in order to perform better at your next XC race. We go through starts, how important they are and how you should warm up for them, we also talk about flow on the trail and how to preserve and conserve momentum.
