Have a nice day and enjoy watching. 8.8 oz (250 g) cottage cheese. 3.5 tablespoons (50 ml) vegetable oil. Mash everything with a fork. 1 apple. My apple weighs 5.6 oz (160 g). Peel the apple. Finely chop the apple. Place the apple pieces in a bowl with the cottage cheese. 1 teaspoon vanilla powder. Mix everything well. Sift 1.8 cups (250 g) flour. Mix everything well. Add the flour in batches. The dough shouldn't be too dense. Dust the counter with flour. Place the dough on the counter. Knead the dough with your hands. You don't need to knead the dough for long. Divide the dough into 16 pieces. Dust the dough with flour. Form the dough into balls. 3 tablespoons sugar. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix everything well. Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon sugar. Place the bun on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat after me. It's very simple. Do this for all the dough balls. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes. The buns are ready!
