Doctor Who Sings - Defying Gravity

Someone recently asked if we’d consider doing any songs from “Wicked”, and we immediately thought of “Defying Gravity” as an obvious song choice. So obvious, in fact, that we’d originally considered doing it over five years ago, but the impracticalities of the lyrics seemed too insurmountable at the time. With years of experience behind us, however, the impossible no longer seemed quite so impossible, so we figured we may as well give it a go! With a song like this, you need a strong story to tell with it, and we couldn’t think of a better one than Ace’s. We’ve been looking for a song to use as a tribute to her since we began the channel, and it’s hard to think we could have found a better option than this!
