February in Galicia has arrived with a vengeance. With Atlantic winds hitting 80km/h and the local dams reaching breaking point, the homestead is a muddy, soggy mess. But the work doesn't stop. In this episode, we battle the elements to replace our disintegrated storm tarps, deal with a restricted "bird flu" situation with our roosters, and narrowly avoid a major disaster involving a melting ash bucket (a lesson learned the hard way!).
