We Started With Nothing... THIS Is What We Built In 2 Years (TIMELAPSE)

After searching all over Portugal for affordable land with potential, we finally found these 10 hectares of abandoned rocky hillside and decided to start building our off grid homestead from scratch. When we arrived, there was nothing here. No water, no access road, no shelter, and no power. Everything needed to be built so our family could begin living off grid and creating a more self-sufficient life in rural Portugal. Over the last two years we’ve worked to transform this dry, forgotten land into a functioning homestead — learning as we went, making mistakes, solving problems, and building everything ourselves step by step.
