I visited iconic fishing spots around both the Little Balaton and Lake Balaton. I fished with the method feeder technique, tried catching catfish with float fishing using leeches as bait, and also targeted large carp using bait boat and wading methods. But I didn't forget the roots and the ancient fishing techniques either... I was delighted to pick up a pole rod again, hoping for beautiful bream, and immerse myself in the vast reed beds of Lake Balaton, where I fished for carp using a lift float. During the 12 fishing days, I experienced wonderful catches, failures and pleasant surprises alike! I can confidently say that the most informative, up-to-date and highly relevant fishing guide to Lake Balaton has been completed, providing tremendous help for anglers visiting the lake.
