Gábor told us about his experiences on the tour: "The domestic pike population has significantly declined in the last decade. There may be several reasons for this, but the most likely one is climate change, which is not favorable to the population of this noble predator. If we are looking for really large, capital individuals, whose size can reach or exceed 1 meter, then fishing for them in our country is limited to very few places. Fortunately, there are still several water areas in Europe that serve as the last refuge for huge pike. Scandinavia is probably the first thing that comes to mind for everyone, but there is a huge lake in the middle of Europe that perhaps hides even more large pike than the northern waters. This wonderful water area is Lake Constance (Bodensee in German), I visited it and fished there for several consecutive days.
