The moistest and most delicious cake I've been making lately 😍 Moist, creamy, crispy… Quick and easy, the perfect everyday cake! 💛 Ingredients for a 22-24 cm mold: For the cake: • 3 eggs • 130 g of sugar • 100 ml of neutral oil • 1 pot of yogurt (120 g) or 100 ml of milk or cream • 200 g of flour • 1 sachet of baking powder (11 g) • 1 tsp of vanilla extract or powder. • 1 pinch of salt For the pastry cream: • 300 ml of milk • 2 egg yolks • 50 g of sugar • 25 g of cornstarch • 1 tsp vanilla or lemon zest Frozen or fresh raspberries (or other fruit of your choice) Slivered almonds (optional) Cooking: • 170°C fan-assisted • 30 to 35 minutes or more depending on the size of the mold Allow to cool before sprinkling with icing sugar. 👉 Don't forget to like 👍, subscribe 🔔 and tell me in the comments if you've tried it!
