EASY FOOT AND LEG EXERCISES FOR DANCERS TO INCREASE STRENGTH AND STABILITY | Argentine Tango | Dagny
Hi! In this video I am giving some simple exercises you can do to increase foot, ankle, and leg strength and stability. These exercises have helped me, but please see a doctor or physical therapist for assistance with an injury. Do not push into pain, and be careful with alignment so as to not cause injury. My background is in ballet and I am currently an Argentine tango teacher in NYC. These are exercises I do to keep my body conditioned and strengthen an injured ankle post-operation. —————— 💬 Let’s connect! 💬 ☑️📋 Get your FREE Ultimate Tango Festival Packing List on my website: https://www.dagnymiller.com 👋🏼 Instagram / dagnyarizona 🛍 Shop My Loves My Amazon Shop with links to all my favorite products (especially for dancers!): https://www.amazon.com/shop/dagnyarizona Please note that if you shop through my Amazon store my channel makes a commission.
