Lemon Cobbler in a Cast Iron Skillet
Another yummy Cobbler from Gary! Who doesn't like lemon? Give this one a try. You know how easy these cobblers are. Ingredients: 1 CAN of Lemon Pie Filling 1 Stick of BUTTER 1 Cup SELF-RISING flour (has to be self-rising) 1 Cup SUGAR 1 Cup WHOLE MILK (has to be whole milk) Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees Melt butter in skillet MIX all remainder ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer POUR the batter over the butter in the skillet SPOON in the warmed Pie Filling over the batter PLACE in 350 degree Oven for 45 minutes Remove and enjoy!
