Amazing Lemon Cobbler

I made this lemon cobbler as a special birthday treat for my mom because she absolutely loves anything lemon! This dessert is warm, sweet, a little tangy, and so comforting - perfect for a family celebration or just when you want somting simple and delicious from scratch. #lemondessert #cobbler #easyrecipe Lemon Cobbler 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter 1 can lemon pie filling (or lemon curd) 1 cup buttermilk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp lemon extract Instructions Melt butter in a 9x9 baking dish. In medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, buttermilk, vanilla, and lemon extract. Stir until smooth. Pour batter into the baking dish with the melted butter. Pour over the lemon pie filling. Do not stir. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
