Easy Cast Iron Pineapple Upside Down Cake

This is the most delicious pineapple upside down cake we have ever had. Give it a try and let us know what ya think Ingredients 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 can pineapple rings Maraschino cherries 1 box betty crocker Butter Pecan cake mix 1/3 cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 cup pineapple juice from the can of rings Directions Preheat oven to 350° Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a large cast iron skillet. Add brown sugar. Once butter and brown sugar are combined, place pineapple rings and cherries in skillet. Remove from heat. Mix cake mix with vegetable oil, eggs and juice. if there isn't enough juice from the can of pineapple rings just add water to make it 1 cup. Once mixed pour into skillet. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake.
