Как сфокусироваться на важном?
In this video, I explain an exercise we do in our "Jedi Techniques" groups. This exercise is rooted in N. Kano's model of consumer quality. For this exercise, we used the following template: https://app.holst.so/share/b/046d1e59... If you'd like to do this exercise with like-minded people, join our programs: Jedi.Start (https://sprint.mnogosdelal.ru/start) 12-Week Sprint (https://sprint.mnogosdelal.ru/) The main idea of N. Kano's model is that tasks come in different forms. Completing some tasks brings us closer to certain goals, while completing others helps us avoid certain problems. It's important to maintain a balance between the two. This exercise helps you "prioritize" (damn, that's such a meaningless phrase, but YouTube's algorithms rely on common phrases, even if no one can figure out what they mean). We often find ourselves in a situation where our to-do list grows long (it doesn't actually grow long; we do), and we need to figure out what to do and in what order. Reflecting on your key concerns and goals helps, and then matching the tasks on your to-do list to them.
