This beginner friendly workout can be done in any small space and does not require any equipment. Exercises are generally set to the beat of the music to increase the fun factor. The exercise selection is all standing and interval based. Tabata is a style of interval workout uses a 20 second work interval followed by a 10 second rest interval. Movements are low impact and some movements include a high impact option.
