Recognizable by their red and blue logo and their generous, home-style cooking, roadside restaurants are part of France's heritage. Yet, these vibrant hubs are slowly disappearing. Some, like Djamal and Céline, are fighting to save them, investing time and energy to maintain the tradition. Pascal, a truck driver, supports them by guiding his colleagues to these excellent restaurants. Despite the challenges, these passionate individuals refuse to let this unique culinary culture die.
