Baked Seasoned Potato Wedges

Recipe 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp parsley 2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp basil 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 5-6 large Russet Potatoes, sliced in wedges Olive oil to drizzle 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees 2. Combine spices in a large bowl. Add potatoes and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss to coat. 3. Drizzle cookie sheet with olive oil and spread potatoes on sheet in a single layer. 4. Cook 30-45 minutes, stirring halfway.
