Sausage and Veggie Frittata

12 large eggs 1/2 cup milk or cream 1 teaspoon BBQ seasoning 1 teaspoon black pepper Dash of salt Dash of red pepper flakes 1 pound Italian sausage, cooked 1 medium onion, diced 1 red pepper, diced 8 spears of asparagus, diced 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced 4 cups spinach, loose chopped 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese of your choice (I used Swiss and cheddar) 1. Cook vegetables (except spinach) until tender in a cast iron skillet. 2. Combine Eggs, milk and spices. Mix well. 3. Once veggies are cooked, pour in egg mixture. Add sausage, spinach and cheese. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
