Belgians take their chocolate production very seriously, and they are really good at it! We will be trying some chocolates that we purchased near the Grand Place in the heart of Brussels, namely from Neuhaus, Leonidas, Mary, and Galler. Of course we had tried some other chocolates as well, but these are the ones that we kept hearing about, so we thought we would give them a try! You can always go out on your own into Brussels or Liege or any other city in Belgium to get some great Belgian chocolates, but it might be worth your while to actually go on a chocolate tour of the city and try some that way. Those tour guides know WAY more about chocolate than we do, and they can point you in the direction of some amazing treats!
